You do the math

While I’m not on the fibre diet that Tammy and others have voluntarily committed to, I would like to see the tubs and tubs (and tubs) of yarn that fill different closets in the house emptied — at least a little. To that end, I started to make a little sweater - a boy’s cardigan. Of course, there wasn’t enough of the balls I selected for a sweater, no matter how small. But, you’d think in all of these storage bins, there’d be one ball of something that would match.

You’d be wrong.

So, I figure, 50-75 grams from the old stock plus 200 grams new less one sweater equals….well, let’s just say it’s not progress. But the sweater’s cute so far. Pics coming soon. :)

How was REO Speedwagon? Did you have a good time?

You know, it’s a shame we don’t live closer. We could totally hit each other’s stashes when situations like this arise!
